Masco Corporation buys D-scan in South Boston, USA. D-scan is put under the wings of Tvilum. Today the facilities at D-scan is our local distribution center for our American customers.

2000:

Masco Corporation, USA, buys Tvilum-Scanbirk

1997:

Tvilum-Scanbirk is born as a fusion of the Tvilum-group and the Scanbirk-group (HLJ-industries)

1997:

Tvilum Buys P. Vestergaard furniture factory in Silkeborg

1996:

Axcel Industry investor buys 60 % of Tvilum furniture factory and Faarup Furniture

1994:

HLJ-industries buys Systema furniture factory

HLJ-industries buys Scanbirk and Unik Furniture

Tvilum furniture factory buys Faarup furniture factory
